Reviews and Ratings
We had a magical family getaway at this resort! The location is stunning, right by the lake, and our accommodations were cozy and spacious. The amenities were perfect for both adults and kids, providing lots of fun. However, we found the dining options a bit limited, and it would have been nice to have Wi-Fi included in our stay.
My stay at Northridge was overall delightful, with a beautiful lakeside setting and cozy chalets that made for a nice getaway. The staff went out of their way to make my elderly mother feel special and comfortable, and I loved the generous breakfast spread. However, I did notice that issues with their reservation policy left a sour taste, which could deter potential guests. Overall, it's a family-friendly place that really excels in hospitality and amenities.
I had a lovely stay at this resort. The location on the beach was fantastic, and the wide range of activities available was a big plus. The staff made us feel at home and provided attentive service. However, I did encounter issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, which detracted from the overall experience.
My stay at the resort was fantastic overall! The chalet we stayed in was not only clean and beautifully decorated, but also equipped with thoughtful amenities like life vests and beach bags. The location is perfect for families, as the shallow beach is great for kids. However, the restaurant was closed during our visit, which was a disappointment, but it’s an excuse for me to return for the dining experience! Customer service was exceptional, especially from Dulcie who went above and beyond to assist us.
My time at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. While the dining room and outside patio were absolutely stunning and the staff made me feel welcome, the overall upkeep of the grounds and the condition of my room left a lot to be desired. The food was good but pricey, especially with limited choices if you stay longer. I'd say it has potential, but for the price, improvements are definitely needed.
